• 4 Vine Ripe Tomatoes or Native or Heirloom (sliced)
• 1/2 Red Onion (chopped)
• 3 Tablespoons of Capers
• 1/2 Cup Kalamata Olives (pitted, coarsely chopped)
• 6 Anchovies (chopped)
• 1 Garlic Clove (chopped)
• 1/3 Cup Parsley (chopped)
• 1-2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil for drizzling(extra may be needed)
• 12-15 Basil Leaves (chopped)
• Salt and Pepper to Taste
