• 2 Riberalves ready-to-cook codfish loins
• 1 head broccoli, split into florets
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 200 g cherry tomatoes
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 carrots, sliced
• 2 potatoes, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• Olive oil to taste
