• 2 Riberalves codfish loins (550 g)
• 200 g couscous
• 200 ml water
• 3 cloves garlic
• 2 bay leaves
• Olive oil to taste
• Seed mixture to taste
• Salt and oregano to taste
• Cherry tomatoes for garnish to taste
