Squid Ink Spaghetti with Buttered Crab and Gremolata Breadcrumbs - Confessions of a Chocoholic

Ingredients

• 8 oz squid ink spaghetti
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 oz (1 can) anchovies
• 1/4 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
• juice of 1/2 lemon
• 8 oz (1 cup) fresh crab meat (I used lump crab)
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• zest of half a lemon
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
• 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
