- 3 large eggs at room temperature, separated
- 1 ¼ cups rice flour
- 2 ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup caster sugar
- 12 tbsp sweet butter, melted ( 11/2 sticks)
- 3 tbsp sliced almonds
