- 50g soft goats cheese
- 50g mascarpone cheese
- Dessertspoonful of heather honey
- Half teaspoon truffle oil
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- A selection of fresh picked herbs such as parsley, mint, tarragon and coriander
