Tomato, Zucchini & Red Onion Tart | Red Sun Farms

Ingredients

• 1 whole wheat pie crust, cooked completely
• 8 ounces Smoked Gruyere cheese (regular Gruyere and Mozzarella work great too!)
• 1 zucchini with ends removed
• 1 red onion, cut into thin rings
• 1 package Red Sun Farms tomatoes, cut in half
• 1 ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp dried thyme
