- 1/2 of an apple (cut into matchsticks)
- 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
- Small amount of sunflower seeds
- 1 cup of lettuce (iceberg, or your favorite one)
- 1 cup of fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup of arugula
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- pepper
- A pinch of squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh lemon thyme
- 1 tsp of honey
