Ingredients

• 1 pound ground chicken
• 1 large onion, grated
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin
• Salt
• freshly ground black pepper
• 1 boiled egg, sliced for filling
• 1 small carrot, boiled and sliced for filling
• 1 small red bell pepper, boiled and sliced for filling
• 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
