- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 Lg eggs
- 2 2/3 T cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 c miniature marshmellows
- 1 1/4 c coconut
- 1/4 c coconut for top
- 1 pie crust baked - I use the deep
- Meringue
- 5 egg whites - room temp
- 8 Tbsps sugar
- 1 Tbsp Meringue Powder
- 1 oz water
