Asian Seafood Dipping Sauce – The Bald Chef

Ingredients

• 1/4 of a glass of soy sauce
• 1 and a half lemons or limes freshly squeezed
• 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
• 1 tea spoon of sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• 3 bulbs of garlic grated or diced
• Fresh hot red chillies also finely sliced or made into paste (to taste).
• Freshly chopped coriander to garnish
