Grain Free Coconut Almond Cake Gelson's

Ingredients

• ¾ cups plus 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
• Zest from 1 orange
• Zest from 1 lemon
• ¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp vegetable oil, plus more for greasing
• ¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
• 3 Tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
• 2 Gelson’s large cage-free eggs
• 1 cup almond flour
• ½ cup coconut flour
• ¼ cup tapioca starch
• ¼ cup potato starch
• 1 ½ tsp baking powder
• ¾ tsp kosher salt
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ¼ cup sliced almonds
• 2 cups coconut whipped cream, for filling
• Confectioner’s sugar, for dusting
