“Royal feast” burger with Emmentaler AOP | Cheeses from Switzerland

Ingredients

• 2 slices of Emmentaler AOP
• 150 g of chicken breast fillet
• Grated lemon zest from 1/2 organic lemon
• 1 tbsp finely chopped rosemary
• 1 finely chopped garlic clove
• 1 red chili, pitted and thinly sliced
• 3-4 leaves of romaine lettuce or lettuce hearts
• 1 red onion, sliced into rings
• 1 handful of snow peas
• Mango chutney
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 ciabatta roll
• Salt, pepper
