Each slice of brioche is dipped into batter made with our strawberry kefir, then stuffed with a puree of strawberries and our farmer cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 4 slices of brioche bread
- 1/2 cup Farmer Cheese
- 1-2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Lowfat Strawberry Kefir
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
