Cranberry Orange Pistachio Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 2 Tbsp fresh orange zest (see how I make mine in the description above)
• 1 Tbsp vanilla extract (not imitation)
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 3/4 cups dried cranberries, chopped
• 3/4 cup unsalted pistachios, chopped
• 2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
