Turkey meatloaf cupcakes

Ingredients

• 680 grams ground turkey
• 6 slices smoked bacon, diced
• 1 cup onion, finely diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
• 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 whole egg
• Splash of vegetable oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 900 grams large, white skinned potatoes, peeled and diced
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/4 cup 35% cream
• 1/4 cup milk
• Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
• 6 large sweet potatoes
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 dozen toasted pecans
