Casoulet with white beans recipe

Ingredients

• Pepper
• Salt
• 1 Chopped onion
• 1 Chopped leek
• 1 can Chopped tomato
• 1 Bay leaf
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 tsp Tomato puree
• 2 clove Minced garlic
• 2 dl White wine
• 2 Grated carrots
• 2 Stalks of celery into thin slices
• 200 g Bacon
• 200 g White beans (butternut beans) soaked
• 200 g Grated celery root
• 5 dl Grøntsagsfond el bouillon
