Spanglish Asadero

Ingredients

• 3 poblano peppers
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 chicken breast, sliced or diced
• 1/4 onion, sliced into thin strips (julienned)
• 1 garlic clove, minced• 1/2 cup corn kernels
• 1/2 cup Mexican crema or sour cream
• 2 oz. cream cheese
• 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
• A few extra poblano strips
• A splash of water
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• salt, black pepper and Spanglish Asadero All Purpose seasoning to taste
