Spaghetti Bolognaise recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 kg fresh mince washed & drained overnight
• ½ bunch dhania (coriander)
• 1 onion
• 2 green chillies
• Add to mince with:
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic
• 2 cloves garlic
• Pinch arad (Turmeric)
• 2 slit chillies
• 2 cups liquidised tomatoes
• ¼ can tomato puree
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 2 teaspoon brown sugar
• Add in kebaabs
