Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 1/2 cups zucchini, grated
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 1 lemon, zested and juiced
• 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped into small pieces
• salt, to taste
• pepper, to taste
• 10 ounces small pasta shells, cooked and warm
• 1/2 cup parmesan, grated, plus more, to taste, for serving
