• 1/4 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (+ 1/3 cup more for coating)
• 1/4 cup black olives, chopped
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
