Ingredients

• 2 lbs. hamburger meat, cooked, drained
• 2 cans tomato sauce
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1½ containers (32oz.) beef booth
• 1 large (28oz.) bag frozen vegetable soup mix (or fresh (Potatoes, Carrots, Tomatoes, Corn, Green Beans, Onions, Peas, Celery))
• 1 cup black-eye peas
• 1 can green beans, drain
• 1 can corn, drain
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp pepper
• 1 tbsp onion powder
• 1 cup of water
• 4 - 5 potatoes, rinsed, peeled, cubed
