• 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
• 1 2/3 cups whole milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 3 tablespoons La Tourangelle Walnut Oil
• 1 ounce semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon La Tourangelle Grapeseed Oil
• 1/3 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
• 1/3 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
