- 60ml Yutaka Cooking Sake
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Ginger (Grated)
- 250g Cooked Yutaka Sushi Rice
- 2 Tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 4 Yutaka Nori Sheets
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Avocado
- Yutaka Sushi Ginger (to serve)
- Yutaka Wasabi (to serve)
