- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce (80 ml)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 500 grams pork loin steak (pork sirloin steak specified)
- 2 teaspoons peanut oil
- 2 teaspoons ginger, finely grated
- 1 chilli, long red and finely sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice
- 4 cups chicken stock, salt-reduced 1 litre
- 2 tablespoons mirin seasoning
- 200 grams Swiss brown mushrooms, quartered
- 150 grams snow peas, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 180 grams ramen noodles
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled and halved
