- 1 large chocolate Swiss roll
- 100 ml cherry juice
- 4 tbsp cherry brandy
- 500 g canned cherries (drained)
- 1 l double cream (lightly whipped with a little icing sugar and vanilla extract)
- 12 glacé cherries
- 100 g angelica
- 50 g sliced almonds (toasted)
- A few chocolate twirls
- A dusting of icing sugar
