• 5 cups Stock, any type
• 3 Tbsp Tomato paste
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 16 oz Gnocchi
• 5 oz Baby spinach (sub baby kale or chopped chard leaves)
• 1 tsp Thyme, dried
• 1 tsp Garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp Mustard powder (opt)
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper
• 1/2 tsp Salt
