- 1 lb. red potatoes, cut into 1 ½"–2" cubes (about 4 large)
- 1 tbsp. chopped thyme
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded into 1"–2" chunks
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> cup chicken stock
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>4</sub> cup cream
- 1 tsp. worcestershire
- 2-3 dashes hot sauce, plus more for serving
- 1 tbsp. dry sherry
