• 1 pound ground meat, mixed beef and pork
• 3 potatoes, cooked and mashed
• 2 anchovies, chopped
• 1 egg
• flour, to bind
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 cup beef stock
• capers
• juice of 1/2 lemon
• salt and pepper
