30- Minute Stuffed Crust Pizza

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 (2-1/4 tsp.) envelope Fleischmann's ® Pizza Crust Yeast
• OR 1 envelope Fleischmann’s ® RapidRise ® Instant Yeast
• 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)*
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 4 sticks ( ounce or g each) string cheese
• Toppings:
• 1/2 to 1 cup pizza sauce
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• 8 ounces (g) Italian sausage, browned and drained
• 1 to 2 cups (4 to 8 ounces or 125 to 250g) shredded mozzarella cheese
