• 6 Red potatoes
• 1/3c Parsley leaves, roughly chopped
• 3 Cloves garlic, peeled and roughly chopped

• 4 Top sirloin steaks, ½ lb. each about 1-inch thick)
• 2T Butter
• 2c Sliced field mushrooms
• 1T Flour
• 11/2c Beef broth
