Cilantro Coconut Cupcakes – Urban Leaf

Ingredients

• 1 box Pound Cake Mix (I used Betty Crocker)
• 3/4 cup Milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/4 cup Sweetened Flaked Coconut
• 1/4 cup Cilantro , finely chopped
• 1-3/4 cups Confectioners Sugar
• 1/4 cup Butter, softened
• Zest of 1 Lime, finely chopped
• Juice from 1 Lime
• 1-2 tbsp Milk (as needed)
