Barazek recipe - crunchy soft sesame pistachio cookie

Ingredients

• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 cup AP flour
• 3 tablespoon pure honey
• 1 egg
• 1 package of baking powder
• 1 package of vanilla sugar or 2 tsp vanilla powder
• 2 TBS whey
• 4 TBS melted butter, preferably cultured
• pinch of salt
• 1/3 cup rose petal jam
• 1/4 cup sesame seeds
• handful of pistachios, chopped
