• 3-4 small to medium yellow crookneck squash, sliced
• 1/2 small white or yellow onion, chopped
• about 18-20 Ritz Crackers, crushed into crumbs
• 1/2 cup shredded cheese
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup (4 TB) butter, melted
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 TB fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 tsp. dried sage, crushed
• 1 tsp. Kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp. black pepper
