• 1/2 lb shell pasta
• 1 lb broccoli, cut into florets
• 1/4 c olive oil
• 3 garlic clovers, minced
• 1/8 teas red pepper flakes
• 1/2 teas kosher salt
• 1/4 teas freshly ground pepper
• 2 lbs small little neck clams, scrubbed
• 2 lbs mussels, debearded
• 1 c white wine
• 1/3 c chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
