Ingredients
- 100g Baking Spread (ie stork)
- 100g Caster Sugar
- 100g Self Raising Flour
- 25g Cocoa Powder
- 2 medium eggs
- 100g Unsalted Butter
- 300g Icing Sugar
- 40g Cocoa Powder
- Some milk or cooled boiled water, I normally use around 40mls (2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons)
