• Pimiento-stuffed olives, to serve

• 1 red chili, finely sliced or 2 tbsp pickled jalapeno slices, to serve
• 2 limes, cut into wedges, to serve
• Crispy tortillas, to serve (optional)
• 2 tbsp oil
• 2 tsp chipotle paste
• 1 tbsp paprika
• ½ tbsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp garlic granules
• 1 tsp onion granules
• 1kg beef brisket
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 350ml beef stock
• 400g chopped tomatoes
• 2 limes, juiced
