• 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, skin on and sliced into 1-inch slices
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1/3 cup butter, melted
• 2/3 cup heavy cream or 2% milk or cashew milk
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 1 tsp. dried basil
• 1 tsp. dried thyme
• 1 tsp. of oregano
• Salt, to taste
• 1 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
