- 1 can (400 ml) Coconut Milk (thai kitch) well stirred
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) pure vanilla extract (club house)
- <b>Chocolate Glaze:</b>
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
- 1/4 cup (50 ml) milk
- 3 tbsps (45 ml) butter
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp (5 ml) pure vanilla extract (club house)
- <b>Toppings:</b>
- 1/4 cup (50 ml) flaked coconut, toasted
