Anjum Anand's baked ricotta with chard - 9Kitchen

Ingredients

• softened butter, for the tin
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1½ teaspoon cumin seeds
• 1 largish onion, finely chopped
• 5 large garlic cloves,
• finely chopped
• 150g chard, coarsely shredded
• ½ teaspoon garam masala
• salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 500g ricotta cheese
• handful of pine nuts
