Maple Cream and Walnut Pie | American Pie Council

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour 1 Tbsp. vinegar
• 1 tsp. salt 1/3 cup ice water
• 1 ¼ cups Crisco shortening
• 1 large egg
• ½ cup melted browned butter
• ½ cup packed dark brown sugar
• 1/2 cup light corn syrup
• ¼ cup maple syrup
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
• 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
• 4 crunchy maple & brown sugar granola bars crushed, (¾ cup)
• 1 ½ cups chopped walnuts
• 6 oz. white chocolate chips
• 3 cups maple marshmallows
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1 cup whipping cream, beaten until stiff
