Za'atar Shortbread - Wedge Community Co-ops

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 3 oz grated parmesan cheese
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon pepper
• 1 Tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon za’atar*
• 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 – 2 Tablespoons water, if needed to bind mixture
• 4 oz Donnay chevre (goat cheese)
• 2 Tablespoons Grlk
• Za’atar Honey**
