Ingredients

• 6 oz (175 g) linguine, fettuccine or spaghetti
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) GAY LEA - Salted Butter
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) garlic, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) shallots, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried thyme leaves
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) white wine
• 1 cup (250 mL) HEWITT'S - 35% whipping cream
• 3 eggs, lightly beaten
