Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb ground pork
• 1 lb ground chicken
• 1/2 yellow or white onion, grated
• 2 teaspoons sea salt
• 1 teaspoon Aleppo pepper flakes (optional)
• 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
• 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• About 300 grams (approx. 1 1/2 cups) crushed/shaved ice (finer is better)
