Bacon Mushroom Swiss Cheese Meatloaf - Faxo

Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 lb. ground pork
• 1 c. bread crumbs
• 1/2 c. milk
• 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
• 1 c. finely chopped mushrooms
• 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
• 2 large eggs, beaten
• 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 T. ketchup
• 1 t. garlic powder
• 1 t. dried thyme
• 1/2 t. salt
• 1/2 t. black pepper
• 1/2 c. ketchup, for topping
