Ingredients

• 125 ml diced onion ½ cup
• 125 ml diced celery ½ cup
• 25 ml canola oil 2 tbsp.
• 15 ml chopped fresh parsley 1 tbsp.
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 5 ml poultry seasoning 1 tsp.
• 1 ml currey powder 1/4 tsp
• 250 ml old fashioned oats 1 cup
• 250 ml low sodium chicken broth 1 cup
• 50 ml low sodium chicken broth 1 cup
• 15 ml whole flaxseed 1 tbsp
• pepper to taste
• 1 large egg
