Beat And Bake Red Velvet Cupcakes And Red Velvet Bites recipe by Fatima Latib

Ingredients

• Red Velvet CupCakes
• 2½ cups cake flour
• 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1½ cups Sugar
• 1½ cups veg oil
• 2 large Eggs
• Red food colouring as needed about ½ bottle
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1½ teaspoon Baking Soda
• 2 teaspoon Vinegar
• 1. Pre - heat Oven 180°
• 2. Mix all ingredients together in mixer.
• 3. Fill batter into cupcake cases ⅔'s full
• 4. Bake for about 20min
• Cream cheese icing
• 125g butter
• 1 tub cream cheese
• 2 tablespoon milk
• 1kg icing sugar
• Add in cream cheese, milk and vanilla essence and beat till well mixed.
