• 400 g potatoes
• 2 leeks
• 4 garlic cloves
• 30 g butter
• 10 sage leaves
• 1 handful fresh thyme
• 250 ml double cream
• 150 g cheese, grated, for example, mozzarella and Gouda cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp nutmeg, freshly grated
