- 100 g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
- 140 g (2/3 cup) maple sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 large egg
- 1 g (1/4 tsp) salt
- 300 g (1⅓ cup) unsalted butter
- 300 g (1⅓ cup) maple sugar
- 6 eggs
- 300 g (2¼ cups) pastry flour
- 10 g (2 tsp) baking powder
- 4 g (1/2 tsp) salt
- 50 ml (3½ tbsp) milk
