Pecan Pie Cobbler Recipe: Thanksgiving or Christmas Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 box Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
• 2 cups light corn syrup
• 2 packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 4 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• 5 eggs, slightly beaten
• 2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
• Coconut Oil Spray or non stick cooking spray
• 2 cups pecan halves
• Vanilla ice cream
